The food was good, the location of the hotel was good.

Conveniently located near a popular attraction and affordable rates were the two best aspects of this hotel. The staff was also friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The minibar had a good selection for a fair price.

The atmosphere was not conducive for a new year's celebration. The hotel did not have any special events or live music to ring in the new year.

Good check in on early arrival,late check out 1430hrs.main resturant excellant service food very good, breakfast food for every ones taste excellant. Good tv channels. Nice german type bar with outdoor seating.staff know how to treat guests.

Swimming pool cleaner starts his job earlier than his time.( It means pool closed earlier ) Prices of sandwiches, sold at Swiss cafe, are too expensive.

Great location close to a key area, and very helpful staff. it was fantastic that breakfast was included, and the food was varied and delicious. the hotel offered free coffee and team making, which was perfect for our lazy morning routine.

The hotel is a bit outdated, and the swimming pool was too small. the room was clean, but a bit small for a romantic escape.

The all day dining resturant, was staffed by juniors no chief waiter/waitress to mentor these youngsters. Example at dinner main course brought while still eating starter. At breakfast staff more concerned with talking to each other and clearing tables, nobody was greeting guests and making sure they were settled. Room was dated and needs freshening up, the hot water was only warm at 0800hrs .

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. Parking and transportation were convenient, and we enjoyed the central location in the city with access to two restaurants and a great brewery with authentic Bavarian-style beer. The breakfast was impressive, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Nothing not to love.

Although the location is not touristy, the hotel has two restaurants with great Bavarian style beer and delicious Chinese and German food. the hotel is in the FAW area of the city, which is bustling with business travelers. the staff are welcoming and the internet connection is quite good. the rooms are clean and of reasonable size.

But, the hotel registration process is very slow and confusing.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the FAW area and I must say it was quite a luxurious experience. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near the business district, making it easy for me to attend meetings and explore the city. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were always attentive and ready to assist with any request I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with an air conditioning system that kept the room at a perfect temperature, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area where I could relax after a long day.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends.
